Norvell starts by using Eco-Certified Dihydroxyacetone, or DHA. It’s the active ingredient found in most sunless tanning products, and it’s naturally derived from plants like beets or sugarcane. Norvell works with the world’s #1 supplier of DHA to ensure its purity and quality in all of our ingredients.
In addition to DHA, Norvell also uses Eco-Certified Erythrulose. Erythrulose is an active ingredient that takes longer to develop its full effect, giving an extra pop of color around 24 hours after tanning. Erythrulose works in combination with DHA to help your tan last longer.
Other natural ingredients in Norvell products include Glycerin, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, and Sorbitol.
